we can offer funding only when a prime bank instrument of a sovereign Financial is involved to guaranty and to protect our investment.

On this basis we can offer Humanitarian Funding for JOB Creation and development on a NON Recourse Loan basis which is a non interest bearing loan and at the end of the term  we will return the instrument un encumbered.
