We operate in the sphere of trade and investment funding, provides services to customers by organizing the issue of the following financial instruments:

-Documentary letter of credit (L/C)

-Standby letter of credit (SBLC)

-Letter of Guarantee (LG)

-Performance Bond Guarantee (PBG)

-Proof of Funds (POF)

-RWA messages

-SWIFT messages/Advising service via SWIFT for Non-banking institutions

Our procedure:

1) Client provide full details of the transaction. We require the following standardized information in order to assist our clients with regards to drafting of the instrument and quotation of a fee:

1.            Applicant details (BUYER)

2.            Name of beneficiary (SELLER)

3.            Name of beneficiary bank + swift code

4.            Pro-forma invoice/Contract (if applicable)

5.            Duration of instrument (90 days, 180 days, 1 yr etc)

6.            Amount of the instrument and in which currency

2) We prepare for the client the draft of financial instrument.

3) Approval of the draft by the applicant and beneficiary. Client receives Service Agreement + Invoice. The Client Service Agreement – is the contract that includes all the client details and confirms the fees charged as well as terms and conditions.

4) Client pays fees. All fees for (credit lines + service charges)are calculated and paid in ADVANCE and the financial instrument is issued within 1 to 3 working days upon receiving payment.

5) Client returns signed contract and signed draft of approved financial instrument. Documentary collaterals will be requested on release of shipping docs.

* In some cases you do not need to provide notarized collaterals

** these documents need to be signed stamped .

***  Certified copy of passport of signatory and  Company registration documents need to also be provided

6) Instrument is issued.

Procedure for Fd on sharing basis: Min 5 cr.

Contract with my company and pay 1% and you will security

Within 3 day Fd copy will issue and provide you copy.

Next day will come down to your place with original Fd and you have to lien in company account

Fd will be issuing on your company director name .

After Fd lien 50:50 to account holder and Fd issuer

6% is our charges after Fd lien

Sharing amount is non refundable .

Bank statement of availability the fee

contract copy if you signed

company and director pan card copy

APG /PBG / BG Receiving full bank detail including swift bank email id, bank manager name and phone no.
Terms:

Client pay the small token amount along with the document after that same day within 2/3 hours he will get preadvise bank to bank via SFMS.

You can verify the preadvise bank to bank phone, fax, or email.

After that client pay 6%

We will issue the BG / APG, PBG / LC copy bank to bank

you can verify and pay 5%

After that we will send you the SFMS SWIFT BANK TO BANK then you can pay 4%

Once you done bank will do the dispatch you your original copy of APG / PBG /BG by bank bonded Currier and provide you the docket number to trace and pay the balance amount.
