Assuming the instrument is owned we'll need the below questions answered

 1.      Who is an issuing bank?2.      Instrument Amount?
3.      SBLC, BG, CD or Bank Draft?
4.      Have you paid the purchase cost?
5.      Do you have MT760 swift copy?
6.      If MT799 Response is require, Will you provide MT799 Pre Advice?
We will issue Response with MT799 RWA to receive MT760 and pay
7.      Speaking of a non-rating / low rating bank instrument, willyour issuing bank sends swift MT760 through a top corresponding bankwith full bank responsibility if you look for a high LTV.
8.      What price are you willing to accept? BE REALISTIC!
9.      Will an issuing bank provide you a RWA letter to say that theywill re-issue MT760?
10.   If no, will your lease provider provide you a RWA letter to saythat they will re-issue MT760 from the issuing bank? We prefer a RWAbank letter.
11.   Will you reassign BG/SBLC to our funding group’s name as abeneficiary and 1 year and 1 day?
12.   Monetizing only or Trading?
13.   When are you ready to start?

The document requirements:  RWA letter, MT760 swift copy and compliance package.

For leasing If not issued:
